Christopher Columbus

This is quite brilliant.  Although run by liberal "humor" website: 23/6, the dickipedia might just have some decent legs.

List of Films Based on Actual Events

This wikipedia page is most useful when you are looking for fictionalized accounts of real events.  The page needs some work, that is clear, but it is enjoyable all the same.

Robert Williams (robot fatality)

Words almost fail me on this one, but I am glad to know that there is a dispute over the first human killed by a robot. Here is wikipedia's answer to the question: Who was the first human to be killed by a robot?

This is the more common, but incorrect answer to the same question:

Playmobil Movies

I loved my Playmobil stuff as a kid, simply loved it. Now wikipedia informs me I can relive the glory days in film.

Orgasmatron

Speaking of my teen years, I loved the movie Orgasmo.  Boy was I suprised to find an entire wikipedia page devoted to various types of "Orgazmorators."

(Also there is an Orgasmatron disambiguation page!)

Candiru

When I was younger my dad went to Brazil and brought back tales of this fish.  Now wikipedia is ready to debunk those myths I learned as an adolescent.

"Only a larger fish such as a Salmon or Trout could leap the required distance, however there will be an obvious size of fish versus size of penis issue here."
